nova scotia summer // wes

We made it back to Nova Scotia for the summer and my goodness it feels good to be out of the city for a hot minute (literally - Fredericton is way too hot in the summer with too long of a drive to the ocean.)

Wes has been enjoying quiet sleeps, being catered to by an abundance of family and he especially loves forging for berries in his grandparents greenhouse with their hens when he isn’t chasing their cats around the house. I have been enjoying limited internet and mobile access (life in the woods has it’s perks) and I have been enjoying being so close to the ocean again.

I have a long list of things I want Wes to experience in Nova Scotia before this summer is over but time is evaporating quickly. In the meantime, you can find us absorbing the little things like morning walks along the lake and making time for boat rides!
